Construction phase
- Promote and coordinate the start of construction meeting minutes
- Coordinate and provide support in construction meetings, drawing up the minutes for each meeting
- Prepare monthly progress reports on financials and scheduling during construction
- Document management
- Coordinate the various contractors on site during construction
- Prepare the forecast for construction close-out costs
- Technical, scheduling and financial analysis of changes to the project
Finalisation and Handover phase
- Define the snagging (punch) list for the project
- Prepare the final reports
- Provide support during the comminssioning of the building at the construction level
- Follow-up on licenses and permits
- Complile the Building manual / Preventive maintenance manual
