03/ Project management in the construction phase
In situ technical quality control and environmental monitoring, in accordance with the provisions contained in the construction project / installations - and specifically in its Quality Control Plan (P.C.C.) and Environment (M.A.)
Construction phase
- Promote and coordinate the start of construction minutes
- Coordinate and provide support in construction meetings, drawing up minutes of each meeting
- Prepare monthly reports on economic monitoring and planning in the construction phase
- Document management
- Coordinate the different industrialists in the construction phase
- Make the liquidation forecast of the work
- Technical, time and economic analysis of changes to the project
Settlement and closing phase
- Define the list of work reviews
- Make the final reports
- Provide support in the start-up of the building at the construction level
- Monitoring of licenses and permits
- Building book / preventive maintenance
