We have been operating in Prejmer for the development of an 860,000 m² industrial park project intended for the establishment of factories in Brașov, since 2003.

We developed the preliminary design for the urban development of the park (including 122,000 m² of roadways), and are currently carrying out the industrial projects within it, covering both engineering and construction.

The park has the capacity to accommodate up to 120 companies.
